Remote Garden & Property Management (for Holiday Homes and Second Homes)

For owners who are not always present, I provide garden management, property inspections and property care services throughout Piedmont. This service is suitable for holiday homes, second homes, country houses and rental properties.

Regular inspections and maintenance visits help ensure that your property, garden and outdoor spaces remain safe, well-maintained and ready for your next visit or arriving guests. Whether you are away for a few weeks or several months, I can act as a reliable local contact and keep an eye on your property during your absence.

 

Regular inspections

Regular property and garden inspections help identify potential problems before they become costly repairs. During inspection visits, I check the condition of the garden, outdoor areas and the overall property surroundings.

This may include monitoring for storm damage, drainage issues, overgrown vegetation, signs of leaks or other situations that require attention. If anything unusual is found, you receive a clear update and photographs so you remain informed, even when you are abroad.

 

Garden & property care

Garden maintenance and property care are tailored to the specific needs of your property. Whether your home is used privately, rented to guests or left unoccupied for part of the year, regular maintenance helps protect both the appearance and value of the property.

Services may include lawn mowing, pruning, weed control, leaf clearance, grounds maintenance, garden monitoring and general property checks. By combining garden management with property care, your home remains welcoming, presentable and ready for use throughout the year.

 

Winter Check & Property Care for Holiday Homes and Second Homes in Piedmont

Even during the winter months, I can keep an eye on your property and grounds. This service has been specially developed for owners of holiday homes, second homes and rental properties in Piedmont who are away for extended periods.

Through regular property inspections, grounds checks and remote property management, I help ensure that your property remains safe, well-maintained and presentable, even when you are not there.

 

Winter Check

From October through April, I carry out regular inspections of your property and grounds. This service is designed for owners who are not always present during the winter season.

From €55 per visit.

Winter Property Care

From €145 per month (2 visits per month)

For owners who require more than a standard inspection visit, I offer Winter Property Care. In addition to regular inspections, I can ventilate the property, carry out minor maintenance tasks and identify potential issues at an early stage.

This service is ideal for owners of holiday homes and second homes who require a reliable local contact for property inspections, grounds checks and property care during their absence.

Additional inspections or tailored arrangements are available on request.

Damage or Special Situations

During inspections, I monitor for leaks, storm damage, vandalism, fallen branches, drainage issues and other situations that may require attention.

If necessary, I will contact you directly and can assist with organising local contractors, gardeners, tree specialists or other professionals to help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Regular Garden Maintenance

For gardens requiring ongoing care, I provide lawn mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weed control, leaf clearance and general garden maintenance.

Maintenance schedules can be adapted to the property, its use and your requirements, helping to keep the garden attractive, healthy and well-maintained throughout the year.

Maintenance visits from €90, depending on the size of the garden and the work required.
