Garden advice for property sales & purchases
Practical garden advice for properties in Piedmont, with attention to presentation, maintenance, potential costs and visible tree safety concerns.
The garden and outdoor space play an important role in the appearance and overall experience of a property. With practical garden advice, you gain a clearer understanding of which improvements can strengthen the presentation, what maintenance is needed and which possible costs should be taken into account.
This helps sellers prepare their property more effectively for the market, while giving buyers a more realistic view of the outdoor space and the work it may require.
Tree & Garden Service Piemonte provides practical garden advice for property sales and purchases in the areas of Nizza Monferrato, Asti, Acqui Terme, Alba and Alessandria. The advice focuses on the garden and outdoor space directly surrounding the property.
Garden advice before selling
- Stronger first impression for photography and viewings
- Advice on sightlines, the entrance, terraces and overgrown areas
- Identifying which work is genuinely worthwhile before selling
- Avoiding unnecessary investments
- Option to receive a separate quotation for the work
You receive clear priorities, allowing you to invest in improvements that genuinely make a difference while avoiding unnecessary costs.
Garden advice during or after purchase
- Insight into essential maintenance and future work
- Insight into maintenance requirements and potential costs
- Visible concerns relating to trees and safety
- Clear priorities: immediate, later or unnecessary
- Option to receive a separate quotation for the work
This gives you a more realistic understanding of what may be needed after purchase and which tasks should be addressed first.
Attention to tree safety
During the garden consultation, I also look for visible concerns relating to trees directly around the property, such as dead branches, storm damage, leaning trees or possible risks to the house, terrace, driveway or public road.
Where further investigation is needed, a separate, more detailed tree inspection can be arranged.
For estate agents and property professionals
Garden advice can be offered as an additional service for:
- preparing a property for sale;
- buyer support;
- property presentation;
- support following completion;
- indicative before-and-after visualisations of the outdoor space.
Using existing photographs, it may be possible to show the potential effect of pruning, restoring sightlines or clearing terraces and paths.
These images are indicative visualisations of the possibilities. They do not constitute a garden design and do not guarantee the exact final result.
